Focus Fitness UK (FFUK) was established in 2011 and are leading educators in the health and fitness industry of REPs approved Level 3 Fitness and Personal Training Diplomas. Founded by ex-professional footballers Gavin Heeroo and Dougie Freedman, they are able to bring to the table everything they learned from the top-flight of the beautiful game.
